RAII-a-3000S Yushin commercialized new take-out robot, "RAII- α -3000S" as one of large models of "RA/RAII- α series" and starts to receive orders by customers on October 23th. "RA/RAII- α series" is a servo-driven traverse type take-out robot series for networking such as Internet and LAN. Yushin is the dedicated supplier of take-out robots for injection molding machines, carrying the motto "Heartful Technology".

This robot is the largest model of RA/RAII- α series and suitable to handling of ultra-large molded products such as automotive-related, major appliance and housing-related products. Including this model, the number of RA/RAII- α series models amounts to twenty-five. Yushin meets various customers demand with the richer model assortment than any other take-out robot manufacturer.

RAII- α -3000S, equipped with single arm for product extraction(Type S), is applicable for large molding machine with a clamping force over 1500t. It can be installed in low-ceiling plants by featuring 2-stage telescopic arm for shortening the robot's overall height.

This robot is equipped with E-touch Web controller as standard. This controller is designed and built to exchange production information over the Internet or a LAN, as well as for managing production from a remote location.

The E-touch Web controller has following features.

1. Equipped with the communication port necessary for networking.

2. Flexible and expandable functions realized by Windows-based operation.
(1) Data transmission via network
By connecting the robots to an in plant network, the operator can copy and send teaching data directly to any similar robot in the network without memory medium like Compact Flash. Messaging functions allows sending of data or information to any similar robot or office computer on the network.
(2) Remote control
If remote control software is installed on the robot controller, teaching data and programs can be transferred and updated over the internet. This is an expandable function that allows future Yushin service center to support customers recover from difficulties by checking programs or offering other services.
(3) Note function
Using the supplied stylus, operators can note down on the controller. Operators can also import images of molded products with an optional USB camera, and make notes and add comments on them and store them with the teaching data.
(4) Camera phone
If a USB camera is connected to the controller, the operator can have a net meeting with any other remote person in management office with a PC. The remote person can see conditions of molded products or condition of defect. As well as Remote control function, this is an expandable function that allows future Yushin service center to support customers recover from difficulties by talking on the phone or offering other services.

3. Equipped with software "Lead Through Teaching" that allows customers to easily add and modify robot motion programs.
