Suitable for two-color/material molding
This robot, configured with two kick arm units, is capable of extracting the parts for transfer within the mold and/or removal of the completed molded parts, as well as removal of the two sets of runnner of a two-color, or two-material molding machine without the need for additional peripheral equipment. Equipped with E-touch Web controller for networking, remote production management and communication on production information through the Internet are possible.
Suitable for multi-automation system Yushin has created a combined, dual-function take-out/material handling robot. This robot is easily capable of operating the two sets of arms independently, permitting simultaneous operations in multi-automation system. With easy programming, high speed and long strokes, it is applicable to various applications such as insert molding, image inspection, degating, product assembly, molded product checking and casing or packing.
<Merit>
| 1. | Free system layout |
| With the elimination of a secondary handling robot, the system layout is easier. Automated machines can be freely positioned and easily recolated as production needs change. |
| 2. | Space saving/High operability |
| Operators needs to use only one controller to operate two ''different'' robots in real terms. It also contributes to space savings. |
| 3. | Appicable for various automation systems |
| This robot is applicable for a wide range of automation systems with long stroke and high speed supported by superior capability of servo-driven take-out robot. |
