These are very effective when taking out runners from vertical clamp molding machines

Swing function
The angle of rotation can be adjusted between 60 and 90 degrees, allowing runners to be released at any location.

Applicable to product take-out from either the lower or upper mold.
Products can be taken-out from either the lower or upper mold half simply by changing settings.

Multilingual display selection (optional).
This comes standard with a G-type controller,which is available with an optional multilingual displays election function oriented the international market.

Sprue picker for vertical molding machine
This robot is applicable for runner extraction out of small-size molding machine.

Compact design for space-saving
It offers enough horizontal moving distance, 1380mm maximum from mold center to sprue runner release point, even though the overall robot width is approximately half of the conventional model.

Stable high-speed operation with servo motor
Equipped with a servo-driven joint arm, it saves overhang floor space from a molding machine given to a take-out robot body. That enables crusher setting close to the rear-side of the molding machine. Additionally, it offers reduction of take-out cycle time.

Special double-speed mechanism with two-stage slide is adopted on the extraction arm. This adoption removes the projection of the arm. That makes the robot compact to realize saving space.
